Alex Bentley is an American professional basketball player from the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) who has just bought virtual land and digital assets worth $40,000 in LootMogul metaverse. Alex Bentley Buys Property in LootMogul According to an official press release from today, Alex Bentley has bought property and assets in LootMogul, an influencer-led sports metaverse gaming platform. LootMogul is claimed to be the only metaverse stadium that offers all users to own assets such as advert spaces and seats. These assets come in the form of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and tokens to verify proof of ownership. These NFTs are tradeable on the OpenSea NFT marketplace. If one owns an ad space, they can use it to promote their brand, customize seats, use a customized avatar, play games with other people in the stadium metaverse, earn tokens, and earn revenue from sponsorship deals.
